As Engagement Director at the MREA, Celia leads Membership, Events, and Outreach initiatives and oversees Fund Development, Communications, Grants, and Grow Solar programming. Her work focuses on improving access to solar workforce development through industry partnerships, renewable energy education for communities, and sustaining MREA initiatives. She works to connect to new audiences and steward existing relationships both in and out of the industry. Celia completed her bachelor’s degree in Humanitarian Studies from UW-Stevens Point and expects to graduate with her master’s degree in Community and Organizational Leadership in 2026.
