His deep expertise includes field support, inverter and battery training, and Learning Management System (LMS) development for hardware manufacturers, EPCs, and field technicians.
Emmitt is also the founder of S.E. Power Consulting, a fractional training consultancy that empowers OEMs, solar installers, and renewable energy companies with scalable, on-demand training services. His approach focuses on reducing project delays, minimizing rework, and elevating technician readiness through tailored curriculum design and technical education.
